This boutique hotel suite was fully designed by the AMBELIE team, from architecture to furnishings, embodying the brand’s distinctive cross-cultural aesthetic.

The interior architecture features pure white walls and classic French plaster moldings as a restrained yet orderly backdrop. At the junction of ceiling and walls, fan-patterned moldings reinterpret the traditional Chinese symbol within a French design language, creating a subtle East–West tension.

In furnishings, the living room is anchored by a Chinese antique screen, reinforcing the cultural narrative. Lighting features a hand-painted Fortuny chandelier from Venice, weaving Eastern inspiration with Italian craftsmanship. Remaining furniture, designed exclusively by Italian designer Lorenzo Giovannoni, is clean-lined and precisely proportioned, extending the brand’s Chinoiserie design philosophy.

The AMBELIE suite transcends a conventional hotel room, offering an immersive aesthetic experience where antiques meet contemporary design, East meets West, and function meets art—transforming a temporary stay into a poetic memory of lifestyle and design.
